He Thanks all the Guest speakers for the Day. He is trying to keep this simple and under a minute or so. He says.
Now, Mr. Madhu Rathnayake will award the token of appreciation to the Panelists and the Guest speakers.
The final question for the Panel Discussion was raised by the Moderator Mr. Viren, “Is our Education System thinks us to employ and embrace the change?”
All the panelists answered this question.
Another question from the audience is, “How would you retain experience from a particular individual who is leaving the industry? Is there any process? ” This question is aimed at Mr. Keith and Mr. Raghuram.
Same question was answered by Mr. Raghuram and now Mr. Joel is giving his piece of mind on it.
Mr. Keith didn’t hesitate to answer that question as well and he answers another question from the audience too.
“Always think that your way is not the only way and the right way”. Mr. Keith states.
